The name 33 Stradale is an Alfa Romeo icon, originally launched in 1967 as a road-going supercar derived from the Tipo 33 race car, featuring a mid-mounted engine and design by Franco Scaglione, of which only 18 units were produced. On August 30, 2023, Alfa Romeo unveiled the new 33 Stradale at the brand’s Historical Museum in Arese, reviving the name nearly 56 years later in a project that began in 2022 under the leadership of Jean‑Philippe Imparato. Produced in just 33 units, all handcrafted and customized by Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera, it combines modern design inspired by the 1960s, butterfly doors, and a carbon-fiber monocoque with an aluminum structure, resulting in exceptional lightness and rigidity. The combustion version features a 3.0-liter V6 biturbo with 620 hp, marking Alfa Romeo’s farewell to pure combustion supercars, while the electric version delivers 750 hp and a 450 km (WLTP) range, maintaining equally impressive performance.
